Primary Requirements:

Clean driving record - Able to drive in thePortland Metro area. Excellent communication skills and etiquette. Punctual. Knowledge and experience in landscape construction.
Able to handle rejection calmly and professionally.
Administrative Aspect:
Able to…
...return phone calls in a timely manner
...set up appointments
...write up estimates.
...write up a work order.
...understand landscape math skills and measurements, required amount of materials, square footage, etc.
...help invoice and collect money.
Customer Service:
Able to provide quality customer service and see that the job is done in a satisfactory manner.
Sales:
Sell the job.
Head Hunter- go out after 5 pm. Willing to go door to door, and available Saturdays for appointments. (Lawn Care Marketing Handbook provided-will train) (99% of leads provided in Spring, Summer, and Fall and 10% in the winter months) Willing to meet with potential clients. Willing to attend other business organizations and networking opportunities while representing Admirable Landscapes in order to generate business relationships and sales opportunities.
Other Requirements:
Able to check up and answer crew questions relating to jobs sold. Able to work well with and manage an experienced technical team. Use of own vehicle - Compensation mileage is coherent with current IRS Standards $0.58 a mile. (A documented mileage log must be turned in to Admirable.)
Pay:
Pay is to be determined.
Pay ranges from $12-18 depending on the individuals sales generating ability. Hours are to be documented and turned into Admirable.
If agreed to as sub-contractor, invoices must be sent to Admirable Landscapes.
Training will be provided - Trial basis of 30 days.

Now Hiring: Landscape Apprentice
Looking for a gardening apprentice and Landscape Technician/Crew Leader
Qualifications:
- Insurable drivers license, no more than 2 speeding tickets in the last 3 years.(Your record will be checked by our insurance company.)
- Able to find your way around the Portland Metro area with maps.
- Able to drive an automatic or a stickshift, and back a trailer
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Passion for landscape gardening and love to work outside
- Basic pruning experience for hedges and shrubs
- Be able to operate power equipment
- Able to do cleanups and landscape planting
- Small construction jobs
- Good customer service skills
- Able to work alone or with a small crew
- Physically fit to walk, lift 60 lbs, bend, etc. It is a physical job
- Understand weed management practices
- Basic sprinkler knowledge, fix broken sprinkler heads
- We are looking for someone highly motivated who wants a challenge
- Integrity and Honesty are important
- Willing to Learn and make a commitment
